Palazzetto San Lio, Rialto is centrally located, allowing easy access to all the action while still providing a peaceful atmosphere. the twin room I stayed in was comfortable, although the beds were a bit narrow. the self-catering option was a great bonus, especially considering the expensive and ordinary food options in the cheaper parts of the city. the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, both prior to our arrival and during our stay. the apartment itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and secure, with multiple security doors. the traditional decor added to the charm, and there was a good supply of towels provided. I also appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival. it was a fantastic stay. Cons: It was all superb! 👌.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with everything within easy reach. We were able to explore the nearby attractions and shops with just a short walk. The convenience was a major plus for us.
One of the worst aspects of our stay was the lack of communication from the staff. We were given wrong directions upon arrival, which caused a lot of unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

This hotel is located in an alleyway so pleasantly tranquil, away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. It is really close to St Marco square, putting you right in the center of the action. the room was well-equipped and had a comfortable bed. the host was very knowledgeable and kind, ensuring we had a pleasant stay.
The shower arrangement was awkward and the kitchen area lacked bench space.

The host was knowledgeable and kind, meeting us at the bus stop and providing information about the apartment and the surrounding areas. The location was great, within close proximity to popular attractions. The sitting room in the apartment was also lovely.
The room was freezing cold with no working heating, and even the extra blankets were dirty and stained. The sheets and blankets had a terrible smell and were covered in other people's hair.

Despite being centrally located, it was amazingly quiet at night. The heating and hot water worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff, especially Glorija, were extremely helpful and welcoming. Plus, it was a short walk to both the Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square.
